Artec 'S'

Artec S™ 3D Scanner is the scanner that captures 3D data with highest resolution and accuracy. This scanner has the smallest field and depth of view and therefore is known as the 'Small' model. It is best to use this scanner to digitise small items the size of a matchbook or pen or to scan intricate details on a larger object and combine it with data acquired by the Medium and Large scanners.

This model has various uses — from scanning an intricate design of a small marble ornament to digitising toy action figures for reproduction. It is light weight and held like a regular video camera. It is often used together with the Artec MH™ or Artec L™ models to scan larger objects that have complex, small patterns on them.
